1. Purpose

This Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the "Code") outlines the principles that guide Forge Studio, LLC ("Forge") in conducting business with the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. The Code is designed to deter wrongdoing, encourage ethical behavior, and ensure compliance with applicable laws, fostering trust among employees, clients, and the public.

This Code aims to promote:

• Honest and ethical conduct, especially regarding actual or perceived conflicts of interest.
• Full, fair, accurate, and timely disclosure in communications and reports.
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Internal reporting of code violations.
• Accountability for adhering to the Code.

2. Applicability

This Code applies to all directors, officers, employees, and contractors of Forge, regardless of employment status (full-time, part-time, freelance, or temporary). Additional responsibilities may apply to senior officers, including the CEO, CFO, and others in key leadership roles.
